Selling sectional couch. Dark green with hide a bed. Couch is in decent condition. Very small worn out areas. Chaissez Lounge piece is very comfortable. Will throw in 4 couch pillows(also in decent shape have had tears but have been sewn up). First $25 takes it home or will go $40 for dining table and couch

IKEA Dining table with chairs. Table is in excellent condition and chairs are in ok condition(one is slightly coming apart but some wood glue would make it excellent condition. Fake wood with grain to make it look real. Chairs are real wood and painted black with blue cushions(included). Table could seat 4-6 comfortably. You get the oak look without the oak weight or price. First $25 take it home or will go $40 for table and couch (would cost you at least 100$ to buy new)

Free queen size mattress and boxspring. Both are in poor condition but sleep able. This has been used as a guest bed and was also found for free from craiglist, not looking to make money and figured someone could use it. Mattress has stains and sounds like a broken spring but I have slept on it a couple times and it's been comfortable. I have been using this for a guest bed and have always had my guests tell me it was comfortable. Free, please just come get this.

Also selling Washer and Dryer pair for $120(60 per). Both work fine and are in good condition except for an ink stain and some cosmetic ugliness. Could be painted white if desired. GE brand. First $120 takes it home.

Will be able to show on Saturday at various times. Need these items gone by Sunday at the latest. Will remove the ad once it is sold. I'm moving this week and have limited time so be prepared with cash if you are wanting to buy.
